    Versions are the revisions submitted by authors with all the corrections made as per recommendations suggested by reviewers and editors for its subsequent version publication.

    The decisions given by reviewers and editors were published online and can be viewed on each article that mentions an editor or reviewer’s recommendations may be as Accept or Major Revision, or Minor Revision.

    No article cannot be withdrawn once after submission to Zinianz, at most care taken to an article from the initial stage of article processing, and a much effort is taken to publish a Preprint in the form of formatting and initial grammar check and sentence corrections for the article.

  • 15. What are the criteria of peer-review to get an article published?

    The manuscript submitted by authors should be in the format as in the type of the article, grammar check, manuscript editing to get published online as Preprint. Once, after successful post publication peer-review (openly) considering the reviewers and editor’s recommendations those who have been assigned to the article to take care of, will be given a decision and based on their recommendations the article will be published online and will be open for further discussions.

  • 16. Why peer-reviewed suggestions are published?

    As this is an open peer-review model and each author is made visible their reviewer who gives recommendations for their manuscript, will also be shown to the author and our audience what the reviewer has recommended for a certain manuscript. So that users may be aware of the research and technical issues for the manuscript and may be a helpful for other authors not to make the same mistakes while writing an article. The reports can be citeable as DOI for the reports were assigned and made available online.

  • 17. What if a reviewer posts an unnecessary and vulgar comment for an article and everyone can see it?

    Certain User and Review comments Terms and Conditions have been mentioned in our website in the Terms and Conditions section, unless users breaches the guidelines will be a part of our team or else will be removed from his current position with Zinianz also their comments.

  • 18. What if an article receives all negative reviews?

    The article gets REJECTED if it has found more than two negative review recommendations before publishing its final version of the article. If an article is found to be commenting negative reviews after a post publication of its final version, then it is on authors hand in how to write a rebuttal comment to the one stated.

  • 19. Who will select a reviewer for an article?

    The reviewer for an article will be selected by the editor to whom the article has been assigned and in at times if the editor is absent for a day or two without neglecting the peer-review process flow the staff of Zinianz will act as a managing editor and selects an eminent and suitable reviewer.

  • 20. Why should an author suggest a reviewer for an article?

    If in case an author wants his review to be recommended by a specific author whom he feels fit and wants his suggestions for his research, then the author should mention the details of that particular research and suggest him as a reviewer for his article along with the competing interests if any for the same.

  • 21. Can an Editor review an article?

    An Editor for an article can review that particular article once after submission before Preprint and once after the recommendations given by our reviewers assigned to that particular article. If editor alone wants to state the final review recommendations, then he/she should be able to answer the reasons for the non-conductance of the peer-review process along with the reasons doing this.

    Yes, they were asked to state any of such competing interests before they agree for a manuscript to handle.

  • 23. Who will be in contact with a reviewer?

    The journal staff has always be helpful for users in assisting each and everyone who has any of the inconvenience in any situations and at any time of their review and publication process. Particularly in reviewing, where it is a heart of the publication process and the staff will without any hesitation will contact the reviewer for his/her delay in submitting their recommendations.

  • 24. Can an author act as a reviewer for an article?

    Certainly, if the author is requested by our honourable editor to act as a reviewer then will be a reviewer for that particular article in which he is nowhere found as an author, and asked for competing interests if any for the same.

  • 25. Can an author comment or write a REBUTTAL for a peer-reviewed recommendation?

    Yes, the author will be given a chance to write a rebuttal for each recommendation and comments given to an article pre-publication and post-publication of their subsequent revision submission. The author who writes a rebuttal letter will also be given a REFUTER medal as our attribution towards his commitment.

  • 27. Do you charge an extra fee for a large number of figures and tables?

    No, we are only charging for the word count in the main content of an article regardless of its Abstract, Figures, and Tables.

  • 28. Is there an extra charge for a submission/publication of subsequent version?

    No, we do not charge any fees for its subsequent revision submissions and their publication. It is free for the authors and can make changes wherever possible in the manuscript and any number of times the author can send their recent version reports even after their final publication with recommendations from reviewers as accept.

  • 29. Do you offer any Discounts/Waivers for an article, if so what is the policy for a low-income country scientists?

  • 30. Is there any publication charge for Multimedia?

    No, we do not charge any publication charges for Multimedia services we give. All the multimedia promotions can be freely accessible.

  • 31. How can a published article be cited?

    All articles have assigned a DOI. The article should be cited as stated below, where the current version and editor’s recommendation status (may be as “Accepted” or “Rejected” or “Revise”) is compulsory to mention in an article to be cited as we are following a traditional publication process, it is mandatory in mentioning while citing.

  • 32. How can a reviewer recommendation be cited?

    All reviewer recommendations given for are assigned a DOI publication. It means the recommendations can also be cited as an article citation. The format for recommendations given should be mentioned while citing as:

    ContROL articles are usually published under a CC-BY license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited, and leaves the copyright of the article with the current copyright holder (usually the author or their institution). Additional waivers are used for some governmental employees, as appropriate. As the specific version of the CC-BY license applied may change due to periodic updates, the copyright information is shown below the abstract.
